2) Prepare a report on Evian implementation
Need to do - and publish- the report on Finance.
Be as precise (statistical) as possible.

IBRD and Regional Banks,
- Will be prepared to do this on face to face basis? With OECD.
- AFTER decision is taken to do Evian +5 at Tokyo, contact G8 donors with questions re their own follow up.
- Added value of UNSGAB would be to make judgments on the quality of financing and whether it is achieving goals as set out in Evian.
- Suggest goals and corrections; (Review in light of Hashimoto action plan.)
