- Members to collaborate with UN-HABITAT to develop a WOPs global database.

- Secretariat to prepare a list of events related to WOPs to share it with Members.

| 2) Launch of Global WOPs |
- UN-HABITAT to have a World Bank donor meeting
- UN-HABITAT to organize Regional WOPs meetings (LAC in Mar., Africa in Apr., The North incl. Europe, North America and Japan in May, Asia (Pakistan) to be scheduled)

| 3) to develop database |
- The databases softwares -- regional and global -- must be built so that it keeps the possibility of interconnection of any new networks, after the first database is operating. So the design, from the very first, must be defined according to TI guidelines, meaning that a specialist must be consulted as soon as possible in order to provide the necessary guidance. Also, as the software is the core of the mechanism, it must be developed under close supervision of the UNSGAB WOPs WG and secretariat, specially for the Asian and African initiatives. The communication between that WG and UN-Habitat must be frequent, so that the development goes forward smooth and fast.

| 4) to organize World WOPs Conference |
- UN-HABITAT to organize World WOPs Conference in conjunction with 1st Annual Global WOPs Convention (possibly in Singapore)

| 5) Establishment of R-WOPs |
- Rough demarcation between R-WOPs and G-WOPs is as presented by Secretariat in Tunis meeting. Details should be developed by discussion between R-WOPs and G-WOPs players so that they fit regional situation.
- Board members to provide input in discussion among UN-Habitat, AsDB and Secretariat on demarcation and coordination between G-WOPs and Asia-WOPs as pilot case.
- Board members to help formulation of Africa-WOPs by UN-HABITAT and AfDB .
- UN-HABITAT to be regularly invited to the Board meetings to report regularly the progress of G-WOPs and discuss coordination.

| 6) Next step action to promote G-WOPs and R-WOPs |
- Secretariat to monitor and facilitate actions to be taken with key agencies concerned.
- WG members to give advice and take actions as outlined above as well as upon request by Secretariat on ad-hoc basis
